Samsung Top Load Washing Machine Repair

We fix unbalance errors, suspension faults, and drainage issues using genuine parts.

Is Your Top Load Washer Giving You Trouble?

A broken top-load washer disrupts your entire household routine. Whether you own a Samsung Wobble Technology™ model or a standard ActivWash™ unit, these machines rely on precise balance and suspension systems to operate smoothly. Is your top loader banging against the sides, refusing to fill, or displaying a digital error code? We provide comprehensive diagnostics to pinpoint the exact failure—whether it’s a worn-out clutch assembly or a suspension rod failure. We don’t just swap parts; we level and calibrate your machine for quiet, efficient performance.

Error Codes We Resolve

UE / UB (Unbalance & Suspension)
  • The Fault

op loaders are sensitive to weight distribution. These codes appear when the machine cannot balance the load for spinning, often due to weak suspension rods or a loose tub.

  • Codes We Fix

UE, UB, U6. We replace worn suspension rods and recalibrate the balance ring to stop the "walking" or violent shaking.

E-Series (Sensors & Motor)
  • The Fault

The machine fails to fill with water within a set time. This is usually caused by clogged inlet mesh filters, a faulty water inlet valve, or low water pressure.

  • Codes We Fix

1E, 4E, 4C. We clean filters and replace solenoid valves to ensure proper water flow.

OE / OF (Overflow Errors)
  • The Fault

The water level sensor detects too much water, risking a flood. This can be caused by a faulty pressure switch or a stuck inlet valve.

  • Codes We Fix

OE, OF, E3. We test and replace the pressure switch and check the air tube for blockages.

Common Issues

Excessive Vibration & Shaking

If your top loader sounds like a jet engine or moves across the floor, the issue is likely the Suspension Rods or Damper Springs. Over time, these lose tension, causing the tub to hit the cabinet. We install heavy-duty replacements to stabilize the drum.

Not Draining (5E / 5C)

If water remains in the tub after the cycle, your drain pump is likely clogged with lint, coins, or debris, or the pump motor has failed. We clear the blockage or install a new drain pump motor.

Agitator / Pulsator Not Moving

If the motor hums but the clothes don’t move, the Pulsator Cap or Drive Clutch may be stripped. This prevents the wash action from happening effectively. We replace the stripped gears to restore powerful cleaning.

Cycle Stopping Mid-Wash

This is often a logic board issue or a lid lock failure. If the machine thinks the lid is open (dE error), it will pause for safety. We replace the lid switch sensor.

Clothes Coming Out Wet

A loose Drive Belt or worn Clutch Assembly prevents the drum from reaching high spin speeds. We tighten or replace the belt to ensure clothes come out damp, not soaking.

Your questions answered

Common questions

This is almost always due to worn-out suspension rods that can no longer support the weight of the wet clothes during the spin cycle

Yes, we stock genuine replacement pulsators and wash plates for Samsung Wobble and ActivWash models.

“dE” stands for Door Error. On top loaders, this means the lid switch is faulty or the magnet is missing, so the machine thinks the lid is open.
