If the motor runs but the drum doesn’t move, or the clothes come out soaking wet, the issue is usually the Drive Belt, worn-out Carbon Brushes, or a failing Inverter Motor. For “UE” errors, it might be a suspension issue causing an imbalance. We replace belts and recalibrate the motor tacho sensor.
Water pooling on the floor is often caused by a torn Door Gasket (Rubber Seal) or a cracked drain hose. If the machine is overfilling or underfilling, we test the Water Level Pressure Switch. If it won’t drain, we clear blockages from the Drain Pump Filter or replace the pump entirely.
Is your machine shaking violently or making loud banging noises?. This typically indicates that the Drum Bearings have collapsed or the Shock Absorbers (Dampers) are worn out. We perform full bearing replacements and leveling services to restore silent operation.
